My story

A purpose-led journey to help others grow.

My journey was not linear. Educational delays meant I had to find another way.

Through freelancing, I discovered a passion for helping people learn, grow, and get the support they need to succeed.

Over time, I realised my real work was not just about tasks. It was about bringing structure where there was confusion.

01Finding another way+

I did not start out calling myself a Learning Experience Specialist. I started as a woman looking for a way forward.

After educational delays affected my confidence and traditional entry-level opportunities became harder to access, I found freelancing and Virtual Assistance as a practical path into work, learning, and growth.

02Seeing the skills gap+

As I grew in freelancing, I noticed many people were also trying to enter the space but were struggling.

Many had the desire to work, but they lacked practical skills, confidence, positioning, client communication, and a clear learning path. That was where my interest in teaching and learning support became stronger.

03Building 360 Freelance Hub+

I started as a tutor, teaching people practical VA skills they could use to start working online.

That later grew into 360 Freelance Hub, a community that reached over 3,000 members across different platforms. Today, 360 Freelance Hub is transitioning into an online web platform where freelancers can access free resources, learning materials, ask questions, get answers, and receive guidance.

04Creating Gift & Team+

While supporting clients, I also saw the gap between skilled freelancers looking for opportunities and business owners searching for reliable Virtual Assistants.

Gift & Team began as a structured support agency helping businesses handle mission-critical areas like admin, customer support, email management, social media coordination, backend operations, and systems support.

05Supporting the knowledge industry+

Over time, a pattern became clear: most of the clients I supported were coaches, consultants, course creators, educators, trainers, and membership owners.

They had knowledge, frameworks, stories, recordings, slides, and ideas people could learn from, but much of it was scattered. That was when Gift & Team began to focus more intentionally on learning support, course operations, membership support, and learner experience coordination.

06Experience across organisations and client work+

Beyond selected public roles, I have supported many private clients and knowledge-led businesses across the UK, China, the US, Australia, Nigeria, and beyond.

Some projects are public, while others sit behind the scenes because of confidentiality or client preference. The listed experience is only a selected view of the wider body of work.
